Light Gauge Steel Structure System

Halcyon steel house structures can be configured according to the building regulations of different regions. Steel profile specifications, member spacing, bracing and connection details are reviewed together with the project drawings so the structure package can match the required local design standard.

Product Overview

The structure system is reviewed around four core product advantages: high-strength coated steel, corrosion resistance for different climates, flexible framing for complex house shapes, and VT-supported load design for floors, wind and snow requirements.

S550GD+AZ150 High-Strength Steel

The main structure uses high-strength aluminum-zinc coated S550GD+AZ150 steel. The tensile strength is over 550 MPa, giving the light steel frame a stronger base for walls, floors, trusses and connection details.

150g-275g Corrosion Protection

Excellent corrosion resistance is supported by Al-Zn coating options from 150g to 275g. This coating range can meet the climate exposure requirements of most global regions, including humid and coastal project environments.

Flexible Architectural Forms

The steel structure itself is highly flexible. Profiles, trusses, wall panels, openings and connection nodes can be coordinated to realize complex architectural shapes rather than limiting the house to a simple box form.

VT Load Design Review

VT structure software can be used to review the floor load, wind load and snow load of the house. This helps the structure design meet the requirements of the design drawings and relevant engineering codes.

Wall Service Routing and Sheathing Stability

Wall Service Holes for Flexible MEP Routing

The light steel wall frame can include service holes through studs, tracks and nogging members. Electrical conduits, switch boxes, sockets, low-current lines, high-current wiring and other service routes can be arranged more flexibly according to the final room layout.
